VSee Health Shares Surge 85% On FedRAMP High Authorization From HHS

(RTTNews) - VSee Health, Inc. (VSEE) shares soared 84.74 percent to $1.14, up $0.52 in Wednesday trading, after the company received its Authority to Operate at the FedRAMP High level from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The authorization also allows other federal agencies to use VSee's telehealth platform where FedRAMP High compliance is required.

The stock traded between $1.16 and $2.52 after opening at $2.37, compared with a previous close of $0.62 on the Nasdaq. Trading volume surged to 273.2 million shares, far exceeding its average volume of 5.4 million.

VSee Health's 52-week range is $0.46 to $3.54.
