Virtu Financial Posts Q2 Attributable Profit Of $474,000 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Virtu Financial, Inc. (VIRT), a technology-enabled market maker and liquidity provider to the global financial markets, Wednesday said its attributable profit for the second quarter totaled $474 thousand or $0.01 per share.

Net income was $7.57 million, compared to $30.84 million last year. Adjusted net income, which excludes IPO related adjustments, amounted to $55.9 million.

Total revenues improved to $182 million from $162.98 million in the prior year.

The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share, payable on September 15, to shareholders of record as of September 1.
