MultiVantage Express 2.0.
Avaya MultiVantage Express is a complete midsize communications solution
that integrates powerful applications into an affordable package that’s
simple to manage and use. It builds on the Avaya Communication Manager
foundation, integrating messaging, mobility, unified communications, and
customer contact applications onto a single S8500 server. With
MultiVantage Express, midsize businesses can unify their dispersed and
growing workforces, improve collaboration, bolster productivity and
enhance customer service – all for a low
total cost of ownership.
"We’re very
pleased to add another Avaya compliant rating to our market-leading
workforce optimization suite. Impact 360 Recording is a scalable,
software-only recording solution that can integrate with MultiVantage
Express to deliver a richly featured communications solution that helps

Solutions. "With a simple management
interface and easily configured as part of the MultiVantage Express’
single server architecture, our combined solution benefits customers
with powerful recording capabilities that feature outstanding
reliability.”
Verint Witness Actionable Solutions is a member of the Avaya DevConnect
program – an initiative to develop, market
and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya
technology and extend the value of a company’s
investment in its network.
As a Platinum member of the program, Verint Witness Actionable Solutions
is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya
Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Guildford, England. There, a

speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network
complexity and implementation costs.
Additionally, Verint Witness Actionable Solutions has an OEM
relationship with Avaya. Avaya and its authorized Avaya Business
Partners sell, implement and support the company’s
Impact 360 product line – including its
