Valoe Corporation Postpones the Release of Its Financial Statements for 2017 and Its General Meeting

VALOE CORPORATION POSTPONES THE RELEASE OF ITS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2017 AND ITS GENERAL MEETING

Valoe Corporation will disclose its Annual Report for 2017 including the Financial Statements, the Report of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Governance Statement on the week 17/2018 at the latest. The company has previously announced that it publishes the Annual Report on the week 12/2018. The release has been postponed because the company’s financial statements have not yet been finalized.

Valoe’s annual general meeting will be postponed until later date, instead of the date that was earlier announced. Valoe’s Board of Directors will give a separate notice to a general meeting later on. According to the previous announcement an annual general meeting was planned to be held on 24 April 2018.
