Utility Corp. Announces Capital Gains Dividend and Redemption Price
TORONTO, May 17, 2018 /CNW/ - In connection with the previously announced termination of Utility Corp. (the "Company") (TSX: UTC.C), the Board of Directors of the Company has today confirmed that the amount that will be paid to shareholders on May 22, 2018 will be $25.4757 per Class C Share, which will be comprised of a special one-time capital gains dividend in the amount of $7.5033 per Class C Share and the balance as the redemption value of the Class C Share.
