Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc: Resignation of VP Exploration, George Schroer

Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc ("UME” or the "Company”)(TSX VENTURE:UME)(LSE:UGY) announced today that George Schroer the Company’s Vice President Exploration will resign effective December 15, 2009. The Company plans to operate with a more streamlined exploration management team.

David Fowler, the Company’s CEO, said today "On behalf of the Board and I would like to thank George for his commitment to UME over the past three years and wish him well in the future.”
