Tyler Technologies Signs Contract With City Of Detroit For Appraisal Services

(RTTNews) - Tyler Technologies, Inc. (TYL) Tuesday said it has signed a contract with the city of Detroit's Finance Department, Assessments Division for Tyler's CLT Appraisal Services. The agreement is valued at about $7 million.

Tyler will provide the city with real property appraisal data verification, sketch conversion and valuation services. The project will also include the creation of digital property sketches of all improved properties and real property data verification.

Detroit has not completed a full reappraisal of its real property in more than 50 years.
