TV Venezuela to Debut On DIRECTV PARA TODOS(R) Programming Service; New Channel will be Exclusive Source of Best News and Entertainment TV Programming from Home for Venezuelans in the U.S.

The new channel is part of DIRECTV's ongoing effort to bring thebest Spanish-language programming to U.S. Hispanics from their countryof origin.

Launching in December, TV Venezuela was developed by SUR Corp.through an exclusive multi-year agreement with DIRECTV, which willpackage a wide range of programming, including entertainment, news,variety programs, comedy and sports coverage, from Venezuela'stop-rated stations. Programming will include popular channels such asGLOBOVISION and Radio Caracas, as well as other regional content.
