TriVascular Technologies Prices IPO Below Range

(RTTNews) - Medical device maker TriVascular Technologies, Inc. said Tuesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 6.5 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share, which is below the previously estimated price range of $13 to $15 per share.

TriVascular has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock at the same price.

The company's shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on Wednesday, April 16 under the ticker symbol "TRIV."

The offering is expected to close on April 22.
