ALEXANDRIA, Minn., Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tristate Brain and Spine Institute, formerly Central Minnesota Spine Center is proud to announce the grand opening of a newly built state of the art facility located at 6600 State Hwy 29 South in Alexandria on September 3, 2013.

Tristate Brain and Spine Institute is now offering a wide array of spine-related services using CT, X-Ray, and the revolutionary G-Scan Brio upright MRI, one of only three in the US.  All professional imaging interpretations are read by Consulting Radiologist, Ltd., a physician owned, highly subspecialized radiology practice.

Tristate Brain and Spine Institute was co-founded by Dr. Sunny Kim board certified Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon and Dr. Hamid Abbasi board certified Neurosurgeon. The clinic is now open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
