The Company's consolidated financial statements were prepared  in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil, which are in consonance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Net Revenue:R$2,227.3 million in 2017 (+2.0% vs. 2016) and R$554.4 million in 4Q17 (+0.8% vs. 4Q16 and -1.4% vs. 3Q17).

• Recurring Revenue:R$1,466.4 million in 2017 (+8.7% vs. 2016) and R$374.1 million in 4Q17 (+8.8% vs. 4Q16 and +1.6% vs. 3Q17).

• Subscription Revenue: R$307.9 million in 2017 (+34.3% vs. 2016) and R$86.4 million in 4Q17 (+34.8% vs. 4Q16 and +9.5% vs. 3Q17).

• Annual Recurring Revenue from Subscription:R$368.0 million in 4Q17 (+41.5% vs. 4Q16 and +10.1% vs. 3Q17).

• Adjusted EBITDA: R$303.5 million in 2017 (-15.4% vs. 2016) and R$69.1 million in 4Q17 (+13.8% vs. 4Q16 and +11.0% vs. 3Q17).

• Adjusted Net Income: R$96.4 million in 2017 (-40.5% vs. 2016) and R$16.9 million in 4Q17 (-43.2% vs. 4Q16 and +21.6% vs. 3Q17).

• Net Operational Cash Flow: R$329.8 million in 2017 (+26.6% vs. 2016) and R$90.6 million in 4Q17 (+33.9% vs. 4Q16 and +16.7% vs. 3Q17).

• Net Debt: R$322.3 million in 2017 (-32.7% vs. 2016), corresponding to 1.1x Adjusted EBITDA in 2017 (vs. 1.3x Adjusted EBITDA in 2016).
