(RTTNews) - Tokai Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has priced its initial public offering of 6.48 million shares of common stock at $15.00 per share. Tokai has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 972,000 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
