Tiptree Financial Names Richard Claiden CFO, Julia Wyatt COO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Tiptree Financial Inc. (TIPT), a diversified holding company, said it has appointed Richard Claiden as the company's new chief financial officer and Julia Wyatt as chief operating officer, effective January 1, 2015.

Wyatt, Tiptree's current CFO, will help Claiden in his transition as the company expands its senior leadership team.

Prior to joining Tiptree, Claiden spent 11 years at Primus Guaranty, Ltd., a public company that specializes in the management and sale of credit derivative products, where he was CEO from 2010 until November 2014 and previously held the positions of CFO and COO.
