Team Q4 Adj. Profit Tops View

(RTTNews) - Team, Inc. (TISI) Tuesday said fourth-quarter net income available to common shareholders was $11.9 million or $0.56 per share, compared to $11.5 million or $0.54 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted earnings for the quarter were $0.63 per share. On average, six analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.60 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues increased to $211.49 million from $201.20 million last year, while four analysts expected revenues of $211.25 million.

As disclosed in the June 2014 pre-announcement, the company has adopted a budget for fiscal year 2015 of $842 million in revenue with planned earnings of $2.00 per share.

Analysts currently expect the company to report full-year earnings of $1.98 per share on revenues of $835.61 million.
