Taleo and HireVue Release the Industry’s First Pre-Integrated Video Interviewing Solution

Video interviewing pioneer HireVue today announced it has released the industry’s first and most comprehensive, easy-to-use, pre-integrated video interviewing solution certified for use with Taleo Enterprise. Users of industry-leading Taleo Recruiting on-demand software, can now include live and virtual video interviewing within their hiring workflow. The integrated solution also allows customers to initiate, view, share and provide collaborative feedback on candidates who are interviewed using HireVue’s video interviewing platform.

HireVue, the world's leading online video interviewing solution, helps employers save time and money while making better hiring decisions by bringing talent into focus earlier in the hiring process. HireVue’s video interviews can be performed virtually where candidate’s responses to pre-defined interview questions are recorded via webcam or they can be conducted live over the Internet and also recorded and stored so that they are available to view and evaluate through HireVue's secure site. With video interviewing, interviews can take place on-site at a company’s location or from any location with a webcam and Internet access. Each video interview is job specific, led with targeted questions to gauge a candidate’s relevant communication, critical thinking and technical skills.
