Supply Chains Get Annual Tune Up; Nineteenth User Group Conference Helps Orchestrate Supply Chain Success
The three-day event kicked off with a keynote address by BarryWishner, a leading authority on how successful companies out-wit,out-smart and out-perform their competition. Wishner delivered tipsfor revolutionizing the supply chain: "Take no established practicefor granted and challenge all assumptions," Wishner said. "Puteverything you are currently doing on trial." Wishner dubbed this"organized abandonment," and it was one of several tips that will"build stronger partnerships, yield higher profits and increase marketshare."
