SunTrust Accepting Nominations for Purpose Grant

ATLANTA, Oct. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SunTrust Banks, Inc. (NYSE: STI), a purpose-driven company helping clients reach their life goals and a sense of financial well-being, today began accepting nominations for its "Purpose Grant" which will help the winning company solidify the "why" behind what they do.

SunTrust has partnered with BrightHouse, a global purpose consulting firm, on the Purpose Grant. The recipient will receive consulting services from BrightHouse (valued at $100,000) to articulate their company's purpose, and outline an idea to bring that purpose to life.   

The Purpose Grant is open to existing SunTrust or prospective business clients.
