Sun Home Loans Appoints Theresa Trainum As SVP And COO - Quick Facts

Trainum will oversee daily operations and team management at Sun Home Loans, leading initiatives across key areas including strategic planning, compliance, finance, customer service, business development and marketing.

Trainum has more than 30 years of experiences in financial services. Trainum has in-depth experience in residential mortgage lending and has earned professional recognition for operations and customer service excellence. She is a former Vice President/Fulfillment Site Leader with Bank of America/Countrywide, where she oversaw high-volume loan production, customer service, operations, compliance and business development for a team of 50-plus professionals serving a footprint that comprised New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York.

In her career, Trainum has also held leadership positions in mortgage lending at Cape Bank, Gloucester County Federal Savings Bank, New York Mortgage Company and First Union Mortgage Corporation, among other regional lending institutions.
