(OTC:SGMD) today announces it will be filing an application to list its common shares on the OTCQB Venture Market, which is specifically designed for early stage and developing companies.  The Company believes it meets all of the requirements for the up-listing to the OTCQB.  Additionally, CEO Jimmy Chan today provided shareholders with an update on upcoming product rollouts and corporate activities.
