Strayer Education Q1 Profit Decreases - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Strayer Education, Inc. (STRA) reported first-quarter net income of $11.4 million compared to $14.8 million for the same period in 2014. Earnings per share was $1.06 compared to $1.40. Excluding non-cash adjustments to reduce the company's liability for losses on facilities no longer in use, net income was $11.3 million or $1.05 per share for the three months ended March 31, 2015.
