STADA Arzneimittel Reports Renewal Of Supervisory Board Brought Forward By 2 Yrs

(RTTNews) - The Supervisory Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG (STDAY.PK, STDAF.PK) resolved to bring forward by two years the originally planned election for 2018 of at least three shareholder representatives. The term of office of the new shareholder representatives shall be five years.

The candidates, who will be proposed for election at the Annual General Meeting 2016, will be identified by a nomination committee of the Supervisory Board with the support of external advisors and nominated by the Supervisory Board. The nomination committee will be chaired by Dieter Koch.
