Spirit Realty Appoints Phil Joseph CFO

(RTTNews) - Spirit Realty Capital Inc (SRC) on Thursday said it has appointed Phillip Joseph, Jr. as chief financial officer.

Joseph replaces Michael Bender, who has been appointed to the newly formed position of chief accounting officer, the company said.

Both appointments become effective April 20.

Joseph has over twenty years of real estate experience and has expertise in developing, leading and executing capital markets and financial planning and analysis activities.

Formerly, Joseph spent more than 13 years at Prologis, an operator of industrial real estate, most recently as managing director and global treasurer.

Spirit Realty Capital is a REIT that invests in single-tenant operationally essential real estate.
