Sonoco Products Announces 6% Drop In Q3 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Sonoco Products (SON) reported a profit for third quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit totaled $66.73 million, or $0.65 per share. This was lower than $70.77 million, or $0.69 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.6% to $1.24 billion. This was down from $1.26 billion last year.
