Solocal Group (Paris:LOCAL) wishes to specify that the company Promontoria Holding 55 B.V. informed it on 18 November 2014, in compliance with articles L. 233-7 and L. 233-9 of the French Commercial Code, that, directly and indirectly through Mediannuaire Holding which it controls, its Solocal Group holdings crossed under the statutory thresholds of 1% of the capital and voting rights on 6 November 2014¹.
