Solar Energy Limited ("SLRE”), ("Solar”) has been exploring various business opportunities. It has identified several projects in the solar field, in real estate, in biochemistry and in mining.

It intends to secure some of the opportunities and to conclude transactions provided:

a) Working capital funds for each project is raised in advance,

b) qualified management has been put in place to run these operations.

In effect Solar will function as a development company for selected business ventures.
