SOASTA Names Pete Boyes CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - SOASTA announced the appointment of Pete Boyes as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, who would report directly to SOASTA Chief Executive, Tom Lounibos, and would drive the company's financial strategy, corporate finance, and accounting functions.

Boyes brings to SOASTA an established record of financial and operational leadership for venture capital-backed software companies, in addition to technology investment banking experience. Earlier to SOASTA, Boyes was the CFO and COO of ID analytics, a pioneering consumer risk management software provider, where he led the company through its sale to LifeLock, Inc. and subsequent IPO (LOCK).

He has wide experience in merger and acquisition transactions, public offerings and private capital transactions as an investment-banking executive for Avondale Partners and Trumpet Partners.
