Smart & Final Prices IPO At Low End Of Range

(RTTNews) - Smart & Final Stores, Inc. said Tuesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 13.45 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12 per share, which is the low end of its previously estimated price range of $12 to $14 per share.

In addition, the company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,017,500 shares of common stock.

The offering is expected to close on September 29.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, September 24 under the symbol "SFS."

Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriting group for the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, Barclays, Citigroup, Piper Jaffray and Guggenheim Securities are also acting as book-running managers for the offering.
