Shareholder meeting DOCDATA N.V. approves all proposed resolutions

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Docdata N.V., held this afternoon 12 May 2015, has approved all proposals of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.

During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, 3,920,920 shares were represented of the 6,930,000 shares DOCDATA N.V. entitled to the vote, representing an attendance of 56.58%. For the voting ratio for each of the voting items discussed at the AGM, reference is made to the overview with voting results that is published on the corporate website of DOCDATA N.V.
