SFL, the First Property Company Certified 100% BREEAM

The Société Foncière Lyonnaise (Paris:FLY) is, today, the first company in the world to have a portfolio that is 100% BREEAM certified:

• All of its development projects are certified BREEAM* Construction
• All of its buildings in use are certified BREEAM In-Use
• SFL's own professional activity has been certified under BREEAM In-Use, Part 3, with a "Very Good” rating that recognizes the quality of the best practices applied at its headquarters in the Washington Plaza building.

SFL is very mindful of environmental issues and had set itself the goal of attaining these certifications in 2013.

SFL thus demonstrates the commitment and dedication of the Group and its teams in relation to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), as well as its determination to offer optimized work environments that improve the overall performance of its clients.

* BREEAM stands for 'Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method'. It is one of the world's most widely-used environmental performance assessment methods for buildings, as well as being the oldest.
