Senior Housing Properties Trust Bottom Line Declines 2% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) announced earnings for third quarter that decreased from last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $104.02 million, or $0.40 per share. This was down from $105.73 million, or $0.44 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 1.0% to $266.68 million. This was up from $263.98 million last year.
