SABMiller Announces Senior Management Changes - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - SABMiller plc (SBMRY.PK, SAB.L) announced a further realignment of responsibilities within the Group's executive committee. Chief Financial Officer, Jamie Wilson, will assume responsibility for investor relations alongside his other financial areas. General Counsel, John Davidson, will assume responsibility for regulatory affairs, communications and sustainable development, in addition to legal and company secretarial. Group Director of Corporate Finance and Development, Domenic De Lorenzo, will assume additional responsibility for group strategy.

As a result of the realignment, Catherine May, the Group's Director of Corporate Affairs, will leave the Group at month-end. John Davidson will become General Counsel and Corporate Affairs Director and in light of his additional responsibilities will relinquish his role as company secretary. Stephen Shapiro, currently Deputy Company Secretary and Deputy General Counsel, will be appointed as Company Secretary from 1 November 2014, retaining his Deputy General Counsel role.
