(RHP) reported that its second-quarter net income available to shareholders increased to $23.04 million or $0.38 per share, from $11.51 million or $0.18 per share, last year. FFO per share was $0.93, compared to $0.70, a year ago. Adjusted FFO per share was $0.97 for the quarter.
