RF Industries' CEO Johnny Walker Steps Down; Howard Hill Named Interim CEO

(RTTNews) - RF Industries, Ltd. (RFIL), a manufacturer of interconnect products and complex cable assemblies, announced Tuesday that it has mutually agreed with President and Chief Executive Officer Johnny Walker to terminate his employment with the Company. This would allow Walker to attend to family medical needs and to be closer to his residence in Arlington, Texas.

Walker's last day with the Company will be October 28.

Howard Hill, RFI's former President, CEO and Founder, will serve, without pay, as the Company's interim President and CEO. The company has already undertaken a search for a full time President and CEO.

Walker joined the company as President in October, 2014 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in January, 2015.
