Reliance Steel & Aluminum Announces Executive Leadership Succession Plan

(RTTNews) - Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (RS) announced its Board has approved an executive leadership succession plan. David Hannah has announced his intention to transition from his role as CEO effective May 20, 2015 following Reliance's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Gregg Mollins, who currently serves as President and COO of Reliance, will succeed Hannah as President and CEO.

Hannah will remain on the Board as Executive Chairman until July 2016 and will remain involved in the daily operations until his departure, at which time an independent, non-executive Chairman of the Board will be appointed.

The company also announced that Karla Lewis, Reliance's Executive Vice President and CFO since 2002, will be promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and CFO and will continue to lead the overall financial operations.
