Redwood Trust Announces Pricing Of 5.625% Senior Notes Due 2019 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Redwood Trust, Inc. (RWT), a real estate investment trust, Tuesday said its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, RWT Holdings, Inc., priced $200 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.625 percent exchangeable senior notes due 2019, in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers.

The initial purchasers have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $30.0 million aggregate principal amount of the notes in connection with the offering to cover over-allotments.

The notes will be senior unsecured obligations of RWT Holdings and will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Redwood. The offering is expected to close on November 24.
