Real Good Food To Have Stock Trading Suspended On Nasdaq Starting January 7

(RTTNews) - Real Good Food Company, Inc. (RGF) on Monday announced that Nasdaq will delist its common stock due to the company's failure to comply with Nasdaq listing rules, which require the timely filing of periodic financial reports.

As a result, trading of the stock will be suspended on January 7, 2025. The stock will begin trading on the Pink Open Market operated by OTC Markets Group.

However, if the company continues to face filing issues, the stock may be moved to OTC's Expert Market, where public quotes will not be available.

Currently, RGF is trading at $1.83 down 49.00 percent or $1.75 on the Nasdaq.
