RCI to Extend Filing Date of Annual Report

HOUSTON, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) said additional time will be needed to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2018. A Form 12b-25 notice of the delay will be filed with the SEC, which filing provides the company a 15-calendar day extension to file its Form 10-K. As soon as RCI determines when the 10-K filing will occur, a customary news release will be issued announcing the date and time of its 4Q18 and FY18 results conference call.
