Randgold Resources Q4 Profit Decreases - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Randgold Resources Ld (RRS.L, GOLD) reported fourth-quarter pretax profit of $73.30 million, compared to $129.73 million, prior year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent decreased to $49.62 million from $81.10 million. Earnings per share was $0.53, compared to $0.87.

Total revenues decreased to $226.32 million from $291.79 million, last year. Gold sales were $339.94 million, compared to $356.17 million.

The board of Randgold Resources announced an annual dividend of $0.60 per share be paid subject to the approval of the shareholders at the annual general meeting on 5 May 2015. The dividend will be payable on 29 May 2015. The record date of payment of the dividend will be Friday 13 March 2015.
