RALLYE : Tap of €150 Million Euros on the October 2018 Private Placement

Rallye (Paris:RAL) announced today the successful issue of a tap of €150 million on its 15 October 2018 private placement, increasing the total principal amount of this bond to €300 million.

The cost of funding for this tap amounts to 3.754%, the lowest ever¹ achieved by Rallye in a bond issue.

Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Banking, Credit Mutuel-CIC, ING, Rabobank International, Santander and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint bookrunners.
