Radiant Logistics Profit Falls - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Radiant Logistics Inc (RLGT) Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net earnings of $1.6 million or $0.04 per share compared with $2.4 million or $0.07 per share last year.

Excluding items, adjusted earnings for the quarter were $0.06 per share.

Revenues for the quarter were $102.3 million compared with $80.7 million in the prior year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of $0.02 per share on revenues of $90.4 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Operating expenses for the quarter climbed to $24 million from $19 million a year ago.

Looking ahead to the first quarter, the company expects earnings of $0.04 to $0.05 per share on revenues of $95 million to $100 million.
