Quad/Graphics Prices $300 Mln Private Senior Notes Offering
(RTTNews) - Quad/Graphics, Inc. (QUAD) said Friday that it has priced a private offering of $300 million of its 7% senior notes due 2022.
The offering is expected to close on April 28.
Quad/Graphics expects to use the net proceeds from the notes offering and the previously announced extension and increase of its senior secured credit facility to repay its existing term loans, revolver borrowings and an international term loan, fund the acquisition of Brown Printing Co. and for general corporate purposes.
