Q2 Holdings Prices IPO At $13/shr, High End Of Expected Range

(RTTNews) - Q2 Holdings Inc., a provider of secure virtual banking solutions, announced the pricing of initial public offering of 7.76 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share, which is the high end of previously estimated range of $11.00 - $13.00 per share.

Of the shares in the offering, 6.25 million shares are being offered by Q2 Holdings and 1.51 million shares are being offered by selling stockholders.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1.16 million shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

The shares are expected to begin trading on March 20, 2014 on the New York Stock Exchange or NYSE under the ticker symbol "QTWO."
