Project Holland Fonds sells remaining interest in Ordina

Ordina has been informed by Project Holland Deelnemingen B.V. ('Project Holland Fonds') that it has sold its remaining interest in Ordina. On 15 January 2014, Project Holland Fonds already reduced its stake from 24.59% to 9.3%.

Stépan Breedveld (CEO Ordina): "Project Holland Fonds has informed Ordina about the sale of its remaining interest. Project Holland Fonds has been a stable and important shareholder to us when we strengthened our capital structure in 2011. As a result, Ordina was able to focus on the restructuring of the company in the past period. We are grateful to Project Holland Fonds for their trust."
