PRG-Schultz Announces Appointment of Peter Limeri as Chief Financial Officer

PRG-Schultz International, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRGX) todayannounced that Peter Limeri has been appointed its Chief FinancialOfficer. Mr. Limeri joined the company as its Chief RestructuringOfficer in November 2005. Prior to joining PRG-Schultz Mr. Limeriserved as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer ofNationwide Furniture Inc., a portfolio company of Sun CapitalPartners, a private equity firm. Prior to his employment withNationwide Furniture, Mr. Limeri was the Chief Financial Officer atAnderson Press, Inc. which experienced a significant businessturnaround during his tenure. Before going to Anderson Press, he wasVice President-Finance of Cluett American and part of the team thatled that company's financial restructuring and turnaround.
