Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. Names Timothy J. Connors as Chief Marketing Officer

Timothy J. Connors has been appointed to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PBH), a consumer products marketing company with a portfolio of well-known brand names including Comet(R), Clear Eyes(R), and Chloraseptic(R). Mr. Connors joins the Company from Matrixx Initiatives, a Phoenix-based consumer products marketer of OTC products, where he served as Vice President, Marketing and prior to that, as Director, Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Connors joins Prestige with a strong background in both marketing and sales for larger consumer products companies such as Nestle, Clorox and Benckiser, as well as key leadership positions for smaller organizations such as The Emerson Group and Matrixx.
