Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg has on 19 May 2015 notified Ferratum that its holding of the shares and voting rights in Ferratum has as of 18 May 2015 exceeded the 5 % notification threshold.

Prior to the transaction Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg's holding in shares and voting rights in Ferratum Oyj was below 5 %.

Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg holds after the triggering transaction 1,988,881 shares and voting rights in Ferratum Oyj which represents 9.16 % of the company's shares and voting rights. The holding of Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg is held via Carmignac Euro-Entrepreneurs, a French mutual fund (1,848,212 shares and voting rights representing 8.51 % of the shares and voting rights of Ferratum Oyj) and Carmignac Portfolio Euro-Entrepreneurs, a Luxembourg mutual fund (140,669 shares and voting rights representing 0.65 % of the shares and voting rights of Ferratum Oyj). The total number of shares and voting rights on which Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg has calculated the above percentages is 21,723,960.
