Eastern Property Holdings has received from Aurora Value Fund the request to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. The Board of Directors will convene the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 15(th) of April 2013 in London. The items of the agenda proposed by Aurora Value Fund concern in particular the changes of the board of directors, the increase of the authorized capital and the amendments to Article 7.6, Articles 8.1, Article 10.6, Article 11.6 of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Eastern Property Holdings.
