Pre-market Movers For Oct 10 (AAPL, SIRI, CAFI, TEVA, PVR, IGTE, CTXS, RT)

Apple Inc. (AAPL) is gaining 1 percent to $491.18.

Sirius XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) is rising 2 percent to $3.91 following the news that its board has approved an additional $2 billion common stock repurchase program.

Camco Financial Corp. (CAFI) is gaining 46 percent to $5.71. Huntington Bancshares Inc. (HBAN) has agreed to acquire Camco, the parent company of Cambridge Ohio-based Advantage Bank, in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $97 million, including outstanding options and warrants.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA) is rising more than 2 percent to $40.32. The company announced that it will reduce its global workforce by about 10 percent or 5,000 employees, as part of its worldwide restructuring program introduced in December 2012. The company expects to see $2.0 billion in annual cost savings by the end of 2017. The company also backed its full year outlook.

PVR Partners, L.P. (PVR) is jumping 19 percent to $27.15. Regency Energy Partners LP (RGP) has agreed to acquire the company for about $5.6 billion, including the assumption of net debt of $1.8 billion. The consideration to be received by PVR unitholders is valued at $28.68 per common unit.

iGATE Corp. (IGTE) is up 7 percent to $29.50 as the company's third quarter results were above Wall Street view.

Decliners:

Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS) is falling over 12 percent to $58.20 as it lowered its adjusted earnings and revenue outlook for its third quarter.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (RT) is down 17 percent to $6.26. The company slipped to a loss in its first quarter. Total revenues for the quarter declined from the year-ago quarter and also missed the consensus estimate.
