Intel Corp. (INTC) is rising 3 percent to $32.50. The company's first quarter earnings per share came in line with analysts' expectations, but revenue fell shy of analysts' forecast. At the same time, the company gave a downbeat revenue outlook for the current quarter.

Delta Air Lines, Inc. (DAL) is up over 1 percent to $43.61. The company's first quarter adjusted earnings topped Wall Street view, while operating revenue matched the consensus estimate. Meanwhile, Delta plans to reduce its international capacity by 3 percent year over year for the winter schedule to address currency headwinds.

Decliners:

Google Inc. (GOOGL) is down 0.33 percent to $538.02. The European Commission has sent Statement of Objections to Google on comparison shopping service and also opened a separate formal investigation on Android.

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) is down 0.44 percent to $15.75. The company swung to a profit in its first quarter, while total revenue declined from the year-ago quarter.

Nokia Corp. (NOK) is up nearly 1 percent to $8.03. Nokia announced that it will make an offer for Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) and also initiated a review of strategic options for its HERE business. ALU is down 15 percent to $4.19.
