Porsche Cars North America Nov. Sales Up

(RTTNews) - Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (POAHY.PK, POAHF.PK) Tuesday said sales for the month of November increased to 3,966 vehicles from 3,865 vehicles in the same month last year.

Boxter/Cayman sales increased to 580 units from 471 units last year. Sales for 911 totaled 1,368 units, up from 765 units last year. Cayenne models had sales of 1,546 units in November, down from 1,949 units last year.

Panamera vehicles sales dropped to 472 units from 680 units in the same month last year.

"It is gratifying to see our strong sales momentum continue even after having surpassed our record sales total of 2012 by the end of October," said Detlev von Platen, President and CEO, Porsche Cars North America, Inc. "What is equally gratifying is the even split of our two-door and four-door sports cars, thanks to the strong performance of the 911," he added.
